1. What Quelo does

Quelo transcribes spoken questions and generates suggested answers you can read on a paired device. Answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable — you are responsible for what you choose to say.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Quelo.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• One account is for one person; don't share credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Quelo to:

• Violate any law, examination rule, employer policy, or third-party agreement that applies to you.
• Resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service's limits or security.

You alone are responsible for ensuring your use of Quelo complies with the rules of any interview, assessment, or institution you participate in. Quelo is a tool; how you use it is your decision and your responsibility.

4. Free trial

New accounts include a limited number of free answers so you can evaluate the Service. The trial allowance may change over time and is offered as-is.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• The paid plan is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, processed by Razorpay.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the resume and job-description context you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that answers will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular outcome, including any interview or hiring result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quelo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Quelo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
